How to Verify Our Website Work

What can you inspect before hiring Khalsa Website Designers? This record separates publicly checkable website work, technical methods, company statements and external sources—without invented projects or guaranteed Google rankings.

Khalsa Website Designers · Based in Kartarpur, Punjab · Evidence recorded 26 October 2026

What we call evidence—and what we do not

A live website feature can be checked by a visitor. A company statement describes our business but is not third-party certification. An external link identifies a separate publisher; its claims must be judged on their source and date. All three have different evidential value.

Publicly inspectable

Current live-page behaviour

URLs, visible content, links, indexing metadata and structured data that a visitor can inspect at the time of viewing. A live check verifies today's state, not every past claim.

Company-documented

Process and change records

Descriptions of how we approach WordPress work and our own website changes. They are attributable to our business, not presented as independent client endorsements.

External source

Profiles and publications

Independent destinations that readers can open. A company-issued press release remains a company claim even when hosted on a news-distribution website.

Experience — first-hand technical work

A documented example: correcting our own website's structured data

Situation. Several of our Punjab city pages still carried legacy video structured data even though those pages did not present the corresponding playable videos. Some pages also used inappropriate rating-bearing structured data for commercial service content.

Work performed on our own website, 26 October 2026. We inspected the WordPress/Rank Math records and rendered page output, retained rollback records, removed irrelevant schema entries and introduced a factual Service description on the affected landing pages. We verified the output after each controlled group of changes. Read the full 13-page Rank Math cleanup case study for the diagnosis, repair sequence and documented limits.

Observable result. The listed pages currently describe website-design services through the normal page and service graph, instead of publishing the older video/creative-series ratings. Check their current page source; a cached copy or later update may differ.

Important limitation: This is an example of work on our own website—not a client case study, independent audit, evidence of Google rankings increasing, or a promise that the same intervention suits another website.

How to check the technical claim yourself

  1. Open one of the listed pages and choose View page source in your browser.
  2. Find application/ld+json. Look for the current Service, WebPage and Organization entries.
  3. Look for VideoObject, CreativeWorkSeries and aggregateRating in the structured-data block. These specific legacy entries were the subject of the correction; another plugin or future page edit could change the result.
  4. Compare what the markup says with what a visitor can actually see and use on the page. This is a reproducible check, not a substitute for a full technical audit.

Expertise — inspectable technical methods

Troubleshooting methods that can be examined

Expertise is more useful when it produces a clear diagnosis, documented changes and repeatable tests. These public guides explain our intended investigation approach; they are not disguised client success stories.

WordPress and PHP errors

Preserve state, match symptoms to the failing request, use appropriate private error evidence, change one cause at a time and verify the original customer journey.

Read the WordPress error-fixing method

WooCommerce payments

Separate payment-processor records from WooCommerce order states; investigate notification delivery before asking customers to pay twice.

Read the checkout-diagnosis method

Technical indexing problems

Check HTTP access, robots directives, canonical selection, duplication and content value before claiming every excluded URL is defective.

Read the indexing-diagnosis method

For broader service scope, see website repair services and the industry website-planning guide. Those pages explain types of problems; they do not establish that every example represents completed client work.

Authoritativeness — identity and sources

Who is responsible, and what external sources can show

Business identity. Khalsa Website Designers describes itself as a founder-led website design business operating from Kartarpur, Punjab. The About page identifies Daljit Singh as founder. Business history dates on company pages are statements by the business unless supported independently by dated original records.

Public business listing. You can open the linked Google Business Profile to inspect whatever contact, category and review information is publicly available there. Listings and individual customer experiences can change.

Search visibility claims. The search-ranking evidence archive distinguishes query examples, third-party coverage and company-issued publicity from independently demonstrated or permanent rankings. Search-result position is not an enduring business credential.

Trustworthiness — terms and accountability

What a customer can check before approving a project

Scope, ownership and payment

Ask for deliverables, hosting and domain responsibilities, administrator access, revisions and milestone payments to be written down. Website design is quoted separately from annual hosting.

Review pricing and access-plan distinctions

Privacy and accurate communication

Do not submit passwords, payment card details or customer records through an initial enquiry. Check how submitted information is described and contact the company for corrections.

Read the privacy notice · Editorial standards

Support is plan-dependent

Routine maintenance and post-launch changes depend on the active agreement. A written scope is more trustworthy than an unlimited-support promise without conditions.

Examine managed-support terms

Evidence of client outcomes

Ask for permission-backed references or examples relevant to your project. Work on this agency's own website demonstrates a technical process, but does not replace independently verifiable client case studies. Our publicly credited website examples let visitors inspect three external design attributions, without implying permission for fuller client case studies.

Questions about this evidence

Does this page mean Khalsa Website Designers is certified as a top-ranked agency?

No. This is a transparent company evidence register. Google does not issue a general E-E-A-T score or certify agencies through an E-E-A-T page. Rankings vary by query, place and time.

Are the listed technical fixes paid client projects?

No. The structured-data corrections described here were performed on this agency's own website. We label them accordingly and do not attribute them to outside clients.

Can I independently check all four evidence categories?

You can inspect live public pages and external linked profiles. Internal implementation history and private backups are company records and are not independently certified through this page. Ask for an appropriate project reference where available.

Who is accountable for errors on this page?

Khalsa Website Designers is responsible for its published claims. Technical observations were compiled with AI assistance from website inspections and change records; the publisher should confirm or correct any disputed factual statement. Report concerns through our contact page.

Evidence record first published: 26 October 2026. This page should be updated only when the underlying evidence or its interpretation changes. No independent audit or endorsement is implied.
