A lot of website companies say "SEO friendly website." I never properly understood what that means because anybody can write those two words in quotation. For ecommerce I only judge one thing in the end: can a real customer go through the website and successfully place an order? That is why I was happy when we started seeing actual orders coming through the website after launch. Our business provides different services and earlier customers were sometimes confused about exactly what we do. This was actually one of our biggest problems with the old online setup. One thing I specially wanted was that after website is finished, I should not need to call developer every time. I want to change one sentence or photo. The part I really liked with Khalsa website designer. Diljit Bhaji showed me how I can manage normal website updates Myself. At beginning, I was little worried because WordPress dashboard looked technical to me, But once it was explained properly, it become much easier. I can understand where things are and how normal Content changes are done. For small business Owner this is important. Sometimes phone number changes, new service comes, staff information needs operate or you just want to change some wording. Being able to manage those things gives much more confidence. Of course for difficult changes, I would still contact Daljit ji, but at least I don’t feel that website is some logged box which only developer can touch. When I was looking for somebody for our WordPress website, my main concern was not just design. I wanted something which can work properly for the business and will not become headache after few months. Daljit ji understood that point very well.
